Massage Therapy

We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sport Massage. You can chose to indulge in 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 hours or the massage of your choice.

Dry Cupping and Massage Therapy

This is the combination of the specialised cupping therapy, which further enhance muscle recovery. This is offered in conjunction with deep or sport massage and you can chose between 60 or 90 minutes.

Body Work-Up

This is a service offered only at ME Therapy. With the "Body Work-Up" we include massage therapy, stretching, Thera-gun and taping (if necessary) to aid and improve your recovery and return to your activities. We offer sessions of 90 or 120 minutes.

This service also requires an initial 10 minutes consultation.

Kinesiology Taping

This service include the consultation and application of the taping as well as education and it lasts 20 minutes.

Stretching

This service will help you achieve a better stretching and it requires 30 minutes.

Reflexology

Reflexology is dedicated to the feet health. This is a specialised service and we offer sessions of 30, 45 and 60 minutes.
