About Us
Founded by Ericksen, ME Therapy was built on a commitment to evidence-based care, professional development, and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better. Since beginning his career in 2018, Ericksen has continually expanded his clinical expertise, evolving ME Therapy into a modern Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinic offering massage therapy, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy-led care tailored to each individual’s needs.
At ME Therapy, patient wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do. Our approach combines hands-on treatment with clinical assessment, movement-based rehabilitation, and personalised care plans designed to support recovery, pain management, injury prevention, and long-term physical health.

We understand that no two clients are the same. Every treatment is carefully tailored to address the root cause of discomfort while considering lifestyle, movement patterns, occupational demands, and overall wellbeing. Alongside treatment sessions, clients receive professional guidance, rehabilitation advice, corrective exercises, and recovery strategies to support lasting results beyond the clinic.

ME Therapy works with a wide range of clients — from athletes and active individuals to office professionals and those recovering from injury or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our goal is to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a professional and supportive environment.
As the clinic continues to grow, ME Therapy is proud to collaborate with healthcare professionals and insurance providers to ensure accessible, trusted, and clinically driven care for our clients.

Whether you are recovering from injury, managing pain, improving mobility, or investing in your long-term health, ME Therapy is here to support your journey to better movement and wellbeing.
