Cancellation Policy
At ME Therapy, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and team. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rescheduling and cancellation policy. PLEASE NOTE: This policy applies to all treatments and services offered by ME Therapy. - Rescheduling or Cancelling (Up to 6 Hours Before Appointment): Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment free of charge if done at least 6 hours prior to the booked time. - Late Cancellations (Within 2 Hours of Appointment) or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booked time, or if a client does not show up for the appointment, will result in a charge of 40% of the treatment value. - Special Considerations: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact the clinic directly to discuss alternative options. While we strive to accommodate specific requests, please note that this may not always be possible. - Punctuality To ensure the smooth running of our services and respect for all clients’ schedules, we kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. Please note that if you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full duration of your scheduled treatment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
